Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if items are damaged or if you receive the wrong products. We’ll be happy to assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Refunds generally apply to our items that are unopened and in their original packaging; however, if this isn’t the case, please include detailed information along with photographs by email of the item’s condition so we can review your request. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your
package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
